Powered Up Banana Pancakes!

Power up your morning and stay full until lunchtime with these delicious four ingredient pancakes.



Ingredients:

2 bananas 2 eggs 1⁄2 cup rolled oats 1 scoop Power Up Vanilla Protein Blend 1⁄2 tsp Apple Pie Spice, optional

Preparation:

  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth.

  2. Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Using a basting brush, brush pan with oil and add spoonfuls of batter to make four pancakes. Cook until golden brown, approximately 3–5 minutes per side.
